  • Prepare reports
  • Responsible for investment data cleanup and maintenance, data checks, and ensuring data integrity
  • Provide funding cycle support
  • Review subscription/redemption documents; Follow up with the Sales team on any outstanding documentation as needed
  • Process dividend option and investor information change requests
  • Perform re-registration and transfer functions
  • Support Exempt Market Dealer process and assist in maintaining Exempt Market Dealer relationships
  • Provide support for an Investor software platform to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with the Investment Fund Manager on any/all compliance queries
  • Investor statement project/process
  • Maintain the Investment Advisor/Dealer databases
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Mutual fund industry experience – general knowledge of mutual/pooled funds, and administration is required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role (Finance/General/Customer service) is preferred
  • A diploma in Finance/Business Administration is preferred
  • Prior experience in working with fund documents (Subscription agreements/Redemption forms/Offering memorandum updates) is considered an asset
  • FundServ knowledge, CSC or IFIC certifications (Interest in pursuing further certification) is an asset
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proven accuracy, attention to detail, and data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
