Please note the successful candidate will be required to work a hybrid model out of the company's Ottawa office.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and developing trusted partnerships and relationships with stakeholders from across the Centre to shape, define and prioritize their service and product requirements, capturing roadmaps for each service and product
  • Acting as a single point of contact for all project activities and client services and products, streamlining communication between internal IDRC stakeholders and DSIG, and promoting DSIG as a business partner to help deliver on the Centre’s mission
  • Conducting specific business analysis activities and providing advice on best practices around business process design and improvement
  • Planning and managing the execution of Information Technology and Information Management projects
Qualifications:
  • A University degree in Information Management or Information Systems, Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Certification or Professional Scrum Master is an asset
  • English and French intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • A minimum of five years of experience in relationship management, project management or business analysis, software development cycle in an Agile Work Environment, developing and modifying business processes or workflows
  • An in-depth understanding of relationship management
  • Enhanced knowledge of the project implementation process from initiation to closure
  • Able to effectively manage client relationships and expectations
  • A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain partnerships
  • Able to influence and have an impact
  • Great at planning, organizing, coordinating, and are a team player
  • Able to make sound judgement and take initiative
