Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones; they can be busy.
  • Greet visitors and arrange mail and couriers.
  • Insurance renewals updating data entry in customized software.
  • Filing and data entry.
  • Document preparation, putting paper files together, stapling etc.
  • Creating and sending form letters for business correspondence.
  • Ad hoc admin duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Receptionist.
  • Good customer service skills, good English over the phone.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to multitask.  
  • Ability to work as a team.
