If you are a talented and experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator, Aplin has the right opportunity for you! Our Winnipeg-based client is looking for someone to provide administrative support to both the Safety Officer and the Projects Group.

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to both the Safety Officer and the Projects Group
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of safety application, as well as all forms and documentation relating to safety
- Assist with investigating and reporting workplace injuries and incidents
- Assist and attend safety committee and general safety meetings
- Assist with completing annual COR audits
- Assist with planning and coordinator schedules
- Assist with special projects as required
- Assist other departments, including customer support as required
- Order office and construction supplies as required
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Construction experience is required
- Experience in dealing with a Health & Safety related role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, wearing many hats
- Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, ie. Microsoft Office
- Resourceful with problem-solving abilities
- Sense of urgency, and ability to adapt to various scenarios
- Positive and friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
- Valid Driver’s license for occasional site work, approximately 10%
