Perks & Benefits:
  • Immediate temporary to hire opportunity 
  • Opportunity to work onsite in a growing Accounting practice
  • Salary range will range depending on experience from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour 
  • Answering calls and greeting clients
  • Preparing administrative support for accountants that prepare corporate tax documents for clients 
  • Data entry into Quickbooks, filing and scanning
  • Responding to client emails and inquiries
  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
