Responsibilities:
- Manager the legal aspects of property sales for builders
- Oversee the conveyancing process from preparing conttracts to finalizing title transfers, working closely with builders, clients, and lawyers and more to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
- Coordinate with builders, lenders, and municipal bodies for necessary permits and approvals.
- Manage presale agreements and closing procedures, addressing any title or legal issues.
- Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in onveyancing, preferably with builders.
- Knowledge of real estate law, title transfers, and builder agreements.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to details.
