Perks & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $60k + commission (OTE between $100k-$180k)

Responsibilities:
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the team to maximize sales and improve conversion rates
  • Manage performance: assess talent, motivate, and create a positive work environment
  • Innovate to improve processes and workflows
  • Report team results to the Sales Manager
  • Oversee daily performance and lead reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Hold the team accountable to sales targets and expectations
  • Support management with day-to-day operations
  • Track sales metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Provide leadership that fosters high-quality results, productivity, and team morale
  • Assist in recruiting and retaining passionate team members
  • Offer hands-on support for customer inquiries
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Ensure turnaround standards are met by utilizing resources effectively
  • Manage complex issues and provide frontline customer escalation support
  • Offer continuous feedback and guidance to team members
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales achievements in B2C
  • Previous experience managing a small team is required
  • LLQP certification is an asset, but not required
  • Previous experience in a call center is an asset (not required)
  • Enjoyment in supporting team goals and targets
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, accountability, and self-direction
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and maintaining composure under stress
