Benefits & Perks:
- Immediate temporary Accounts Payable opportunity.
- Potential to extend.
- Monday to Friday onsite position.
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Processing high volume invoices
- Data entry of invoices, match invoices to POs and receiving receipts
- Set up new vendors and maintain accurate records
- Maintain alphabetical files of supplier invoices and accurate filing system
- Process weekly expense reports
- Following up with vendors as required
- Other accounting duties as assigned
- 1 plus years of Accounts Payable experience
- Post secondary education in Accounting is an asset
- Previous filing, and data entry experience in an accounting department will also be considered
- Experience processing high volume invoices is an asset
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Available for immediate temporary opportunity
