Our client is seeking a Compensation Manager to oversee the daily administration, analysis of compensation data, and interpretation of policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of compensation professionals
  • Provide leadership on compensation matters
  • Manage the annual compensation review process
  • Analyze compensation data and trends
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of compensation or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • CCP designation is an asset.
