- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Facilitate homeowner meetings to address any concerns or questions throughout the construction process.
- Manage after-construction service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders involved in the construction process.
- Previous experience in residential construction is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address homeowner concerns effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
