This is a 1-month contract with the potential of extension, starting immediately.
The NW office location is not accessible by public transit therefore reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard.
- Greet walk-in customers and direct them to the correct person/department.
- Schedule showroom appointments for residential sales.
- Sort, stamp, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Complete POS close out for sales, service, and technician POS machines.
- Order office supplies and maintain stock room.
- Arrange courier pick-ups for small packages going to support services.
- Coordinate maintenance for all office equipment.
- Receive web requests from the branch general distribution email and forward to the salesperson to quote.
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Reception/Administrative role.
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
- Visitor management skills, including greeting and directing customers professionally.
- Strong administrative skills including mail management, scheduling, and supply ordering.
- Multitasking capabilities, able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new tasks and procedures efficiently.
- Reliable transportation (due to limited public transit access to the office location).
