Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a boutique financial planning firm in downtown Winnipeg in the search for a Director Client Experience and Investment Administration. This newly created role would be an ideal fit for a licensed financial professional who is passionate about exceptional client service. The successful candidate will enhance and oversee client-facing activities and manage day-to-day operations relating to people, processes, and technology.

- Implement best practices and SOPs to optimize workflow
- Lead, mentor and develop the team and support the onboarding of new advisors and staff
- Assist the President with HR-related duties such as recruitment, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee office management functions including vendor agreements and IT contracts
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and client events
- Monitor compliance and maintain relevant licenses
- 10+ years of industry experience along with key industry courses such as CSC, CFP, PFP, CIM, and/or WME
- Proficiency with technology including financial planning platforms (Naviplan or Conquest)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and collaborate with corporate head office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of financial industry regulations and best practice guidelines
- Depth of knowledge of products and solutions available to clients
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills
