Aplin has partnered with our Calgary-based client to recruit a Junior Associate with experience in Civil Litigation.
The ideal candidate must have one to three years experience providing expert legal advice and representation to clients ensuring the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide counsel and representation in civil litigation and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings
- Conduct legal research and maintain up-to-date case files
- Build solid client relationships upholding ethical standards and integrity
- Perform tasks related to practice management
- Degree from an accredited school
- Admission to the Law Society of Alberta in good standing
- At least 1-year experience practicing in civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of Alberta laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skill
