Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and analyze submissions and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and accurately enter data, requiring strong attention to detail.
- Work with clients to provide guidance and information on the application process.
- Prepare and distribute relevant information and materials to clients.
- Prepare a variety of documentation in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide general program and clerical/administrative support.
- Organize and adapt to shifting priorities as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong oral communication skills required; call centre experience is an asset.
- Knowledge and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for own work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
