Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments with clients and managing advisor calendars
  • Tracking important deliverables for client policies and investments
  • Preparing client paperwork and documentation
  • Tracking and managing the insurance underwriting process
  • Tracking the investment documentation process
  • Developing and maintaining manual and computerized client files
  • Database maintenance
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Compiling weekly and monthly sales and commission reports
  • Organizing marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • A high degree of business professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Financial Services and/or Insurance Industry is considered an asset but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient at data entry with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to perform individually and as a team member
