  • Preparing financial reports for two teams and producing reports to review with the management team across Canada 
  • Reviewing projects to evaluate the status of projects and create status reports on project updates and costs
  • Update SAP with purchase orders 
  • Create meetings in Outlook, organize reports for the management team, schedule interviews, handle facility requests 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • 3 plus years of experience as a Project Assistant or Business Analyst or Administrative Assistant with experience updating forecasts and budgets 
  • Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, SharePoint and Teams 
  • Excellent attention to detail and initiative 
  • Able to multitask and handle confidential inquiries
