Aplin is currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as a Junior Business Development Representative based in Edmonton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This is a junior position, with flexible hours. Training will be provided. Looking for driven, eager service workers/recent grads!

Responsibilities: 
  • Execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a cold calling role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition persuasively.
  • Demonstrated resilience and persistence in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently 
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
