Responsibilities:
 
As a Business Development Representative specializing in cold calling, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Proven experience: Previous experience in a cold calling role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition persuasively.
  • Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
  • Goal-oriented: A track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or flexible work environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adapting to evolving strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
