Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based company to hire a Administrative Assistant! This will be a 6-month contract with the potential for an extension.

  • Compensation: Upto $25/hour.
  • Please note, this will be a hybrid (2 times a week at the client’s Halifax Office).
  • Immediate Start.
  • 6-month contract with potential for an extension.
  • Handling the card application process, card usage, delinquency management, accounting of credit card transactions, overviewing the payments, reporting and data analytics.
  • Monitors all cash and credit card accounts and develops and implements policies and procedures to prevent fraud.
  • Ensure all new card card applications are handled timely, on a daily basis.
  • Answer calls and emails, document and record all incidents/requests raised using a ticketing system.
  • Oracle ERP reports download, reformat and upload into Tableau.
  • Set up new vendors in the system and communicate with vendors when needed.
  • Must have 5+ years of Administration experience.
  • Must have over 2 years of administration experience with some exposure to accounting (invoices, POs, AP, AR).
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is an asset.
