This is a 1-month contract position starting ASAP with the potential for extension.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to our organization's mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vice President, managing their schedule, email correspondence, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and prioritize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Vice President, ensuring efficient use of their time.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended by the Vice President.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by the Vice President.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, including fundraisers, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Vice President, fostering positive relationships and facilitating collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
