Benefits & Perks:
  • Immediate temporary role as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Onsite role Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, formatting, and merging correspondence 
  • Printing, scanning and emailing letters to various departments 
  • Prepare, edit and distribute correspondence
  • Proofreading documentation prior to distribution 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • Three plus years as an Administrative Assistant in a professional office setting 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • A criminal background check is required
