Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit documentation including proofreading and formatting 
  • Organize onsite meetings, calendar management, and prepare all correspondence required 
  • Order office supplies and catering for meetings 
  • Process vendor and expense reimbursements 
  • Managing mail and email, data entry and filing 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education in Business Administration, or a combination of education and experience will be considered 
  • Two plus years of office administration experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient with MS Office including SharePoint, Excel and Teams 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to handle confidential information
