  • Onsite position in Winnipeg

  • Providing reception, answering phones, managing the switchboard
  • Greeting staff and visitors, tracking staff and visitor attendance logs 
  • Creating and updating documents, managing the main email inbox, ordering food for lunches and meetings 
  • Booking board rooms and setting up board rooms for meetings
  • Data entry, scanning, filing 
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 
  • Three plus years of Reception and Administrative experience 
  • Post secondary education is an asset 
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
