  • Independently handle complex operational, organizational, and administrative tasks.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate difficult assignments, including modifying guidelines and initiating new approaches.
  • Communicate and interact with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director including preparing reports, managing calendars, and facilitating approval processes.
  • Organize and support Board of Directors meetings, strategy retreats, and related documentation.
  • Assist Business Development and Sales Leadership with client proposal drafting, meeting agendas, and relationship management.
  • Support HR tasks including recruitment, payroll administration, and employee programs.
  • Provide backup support during peak loads, including proposal preparation, reception duties, and invoice review.
  • Assist the Management Team by organizing meetings and providing advice to less experienced employees.
  • Accredited Office Administration or Human Resources Management Certificate/Diploma with a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in office software.
  • Experience in meeting and event planning, administration, and follow-up.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Proven customer service and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
