Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service requests and schedules for technicians.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and provide updates on service status.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to client locations.
  • Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work performed, and client interactions.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Evaluate service processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in service coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
