  • Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of school-wide events in collaboration with teams.
  • Coordinate various school events, liaising with Parents’ Association and volunteer committees.
  • Create proposals, budgets, and correspondence, and manage logistics for events.
  • Track expenditures, process invoices, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support domestic and international Advancement & Alum engagement events.
  • Respond to facility rental inquiries, coordinate bookings, and manage documentation.
  • Develop a Volunteer Recognition Program and assist in various operational areas.
  • Post Secondary Education in a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of event management experience.
  • Computer literacy in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Google products, and Raiser’s Edge/RE-NXT.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License (own vehicle is an asset).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maintaining confidentiality with donor information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility, patience, and integrity, with the capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
