  • Onsite role Monday to Friday

  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public over the phone, via email, and in person 
  • Answer inquiries and handle concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process payments and issue receipts for tax payments, applying payments to accounts 
  • Provide information regarding outstanding balances on accounts 
  • Handle correspondence 
  • Daily reconciling of end-of-day payments 
  • Two plus years of Administrative experience including exceptional customer service skills 
  • Accounting experience is an asset especially knowledge of cashouts and deposits 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are required 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • A criminal record check is required 
  • Vehicle is required
