  • Act as main contact and liaison for tenants (both new and existing) as well as all internal and external partners
  • Negotiate new and renewed leases, ensuring all terms and contractual obligations are met
  • Liaise with property administrators and other support staff
    Coordinate special projects including:
    -Preparation of budgets for capital expenditures for buildings
    -Acting as a project manager on behalf of the owner to monitor project costs and progress
  • Maintain property management records 
  • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets for properties
  • Provide monthly operating reports
  • Maintain updated tenant information 
  • Review supplier agreements and recommend for approval by the senior management team
  • Collect lease payments and damage deposits. Follow-up with delinquent accounts
  • Strong time management and organization skills; ability to master a heavy workload
  • Previous Commerical Property Management experience is required
  • Exposure to and understanding of general accounting principles
  • Understanding of building maintenance and commercial construction, project management, and planning
  • Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and sound business ethics
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, people management, and negotiation
  • Financially adept with strong budgeting skills
  • Computer aptitude, and the ability to learn new software as required
