Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound telephone calls, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company processes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to support timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to one year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
