Are you an experienced payroll and benefits professional looking for your next opportunity? Aplin is seeking qualified candidates for potential Pay and Benefits Administrator opportunities in Downtown Edmonton, AB.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing high-volume payroll and benefits processes in a policy-driven environment. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll and benefits administration, and the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and legislation.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of related experience in payroll, benefits administration, or employee records management, preferably within the public sector.
- Knowledge of provincial and federal payroll and benefits legislation.
- Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet established deadlines.
Additional Assets:
- Experience administering payroll in a unionized environment.
- Completion of payroll or benefits administration courses.
- Previous experience working in a complex, high-volume payroll environment.
