The Vice President, Marketing will assume leadership of our marketing department, responsible for shaping brand identity, fostering innovation, and spearheading growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team dedicated to creative design, brand management, event coordination, and communications across diverse markets.

The marketing division has undergone substantial growth since its inception in 2010, evolving from a single manager to a robust team of 12-14 professionals. Embracing an entrepreneurial ethos, we prioritize internal expertise and cultivate a culture of innovation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the CEO, driving forward-thinking strategies and challenging industry norms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the food industry.
- Proven success in strategic planning, team leadership, and business development.
- Track record of driving transformative marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
