We’re hiring a Senior Commercial Account Manager with mid-market and large account exposure to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients and deliver confident, consultative service from renewal strategy through day-to-day support. If you thrive on relationship management, problem-solving, and making coverage make sense to busy business owners, this in-office role in either Hamilton, St. Catharines, or Simcoe area, Ontario offers the chance to build long-term client partnerships and grow with a stable, service-focused brokerage team.
Compensation
- Salary range of $65,000 to $95,000

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of mid-market commercial clients with a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism
- Lead renewals end to end: exposure reviews, coverage recommendations, remarkets, negotiations, and presentations
- Handle client inquiries, endorsements, billing-related questions, and general policy changes
- Support growth through referral opportunities and cross-sell conversations when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in BMS and internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurer partners to keep files moving and clients informed
Qualifications
- RIBO License
- At least 5 years’ commercial insurance brokerage experience
- Exposure to Mid-market commercial accounts is a major asset
- Proven capability managing the full cycle of commercial account service and renewals
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing conversations (phone, email, in person)
- Organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus points for progress toward or interest in CIP coursework and comfort with CRM or lead management tools
