We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst for a 6-month contract based in-office in Edmonton, AB. This is to support a large, well known organization in optimizing their professional development and learning infrastructure, with a primary focus on its Learning Management System (LMS).
This role combines systems administration, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to support effective, scalable learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and optimize the LMS, including automated and dynamic learning assignments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues for administrators and learners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning systems align with business requirements and user needs.
- Work with the LMS vendor on system configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate learning metrics, KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and prepare learning data for reporting and decision-making.
- Document system standards, processes, and best practices to support data integrity and consistent reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience supporting, administering, or optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Strong Power BI/Tableau skills, including dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, validate data, and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
