- Consistently work toward individual sales and enrollment targets.
- Identify opportunities to generate referrals and expand your pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members while delivering a high-quality, personalized customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales managers and team members to share best practices and continuously improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a sales-driven environment, ideally within inside sales, call centre sales, insurance, financial services, employee benefits, or a related industry.
- Strong closing skills with the confidence to overcome objections and convert conversations into sales.
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday on the phone and consistently meeting activity targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to managing leads, following up with prospects, and generating new opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people find the right solutions.
- LLQP (Life Licence Qualification Program) licensing is preferred but not required. Candidates without their licence must be willing to obtain it, with training and support provided.
What’s In It for You?
- $60,000 guaranteed base salary.
- Quarterly performance incentives.
- Opportunity to increase earnings through strong sales performance.
- Remote work from anywhere in Alberta, with occasional in-person team gatherings.
- Warm leads and established prospect lists provided — no traditional cold calling.
- Comprehensive training on products, insurance plans, and licensing requirements.
