Responsibilities
- Manage a personal lines insurance book, including handling client inquiries, policy changes, and renewals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and satisfaction
- Promote new business growth through referrals and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams on renewal reviews and client updates
- Use Epic system for all policy documentation, updates, and inquiries
- Support broker responsibilities such as client portal management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a personal insurance account manager at a brokerage
- Experience managing a book of business
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Epic or similar insurance management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Educational background in insurance, business, or related fields preferred
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
