Compensation
Competitive base salary between $60,000 – $75,000 commensurate with experience, along with new business commission on any leads.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support an existing high-net-worth client book, including renewals, policy modifications, and client reviews
- Provide personalized service to VIP clients, addressing their coverage needs with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the high-net-worth client segment
- Ensure compliance with appraisal requirements, educational initiatives, and event participation
- Process policy changes efficiently and maintain accurate client records
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker
- Alberta Level 2 license
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing high-net-worth or VIP client accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complex policies and adapt to specialized client needs
