Candidate Sourcing & Database Management
- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain an updated candidate database for future reference
- Screen resumes to identify matching candidates for the specified job requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
- Update candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected from candidates.
- Collaborating & supporting the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other relevant departments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role is an advantage, though entry-level candidates with strong administrative skills can also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.
