Lead the charge in executing complex electrical projects as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator. This role is vital for ensuring seamless planning, budgeting, and delivery of high-quality electrical solutions across diverse industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, partners, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and estimating within the electrical industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and estimating tools (e.g., procore, sitedocs, accubid)
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance processes
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Educational background preferred: technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field
