Our client is a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage looking for a Personal Lines Broker to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of personal lines brokerage experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Service personal lines clients across Home, Auto, and Property
- Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Liaise with clients and insurance carriers
- Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
- Support clients with claims and policy questions
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines brokerage experience
- Active RIBO license
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Good understanding of personal lines products
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Applied EPIC experience is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
- $45K–$59K base salary
- 50% commission on new business; no renewal commission

Sales are optional — there are no assigned sales targets. Brokers can generate new business through referrals, family and friends, walk-ins, cross-selling, and other opportunities.
