As a Branch Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of auto agents and Personal Line Advisors within a dynamic office environment. You will be driving operational excellence and fostering a positive, productive workplace. Your leadership will directly influence team performance, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction. This in-office role offers hands-on management and strategic oversight to ensure seamless daily operations in a growing insurance brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 15 plus staff members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
- Oversee and streamline workflows, identify efficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Manage day-to-day operations of personal lines and Autoplan transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle employee recruitment and onboarding, with final hiring authority supported by HR.
- Support occasional travel to satellite offices and oversee operational continuity across locations.
- Maintain a strong book of business and foster relationships with local stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience with a proven track record of leadership.
- Knowledge of auto and personal lines insurance
- Strong organizational, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to motivate a team, handle high transaction volumes, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Relevant educational background preferred; experience with broker management systems (e.g., Sig, EPIC, TAM) is advantageous.
