Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centre experience.
