Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications
- Six months to one year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact centre experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
