Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with our client on their customer service project and are currently hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Must be available to work 7 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes
- Assist customers with orders, inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Process, update, and track customer orders
- Resolve customer concerns and issues professionally and efficiently
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Document customer interactions and updates as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer and phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn new policies, procedures, and systems
- Must be available to work 7 days a week
- Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
