We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to provide short-term coverage at a West Edmonton office from September 10–18.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is available for a short-term assignment and can confidently step into a busy front desk environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage general email and front desk inquiries
- Receive and distribute mail and courier deliveries
- Assist with meeting room coordination and basic office organization
- Provide general administrative support as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous reception experience required
- Professional and friendly communication style
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
