Take on a pivotal role as a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst and lead the charge in building and implementing a cutting-edge government cybersecurity compliance program. Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive cybersecurity compliance frameworks aligned with government standards.
- Lead efforts to implement and improve cybersecurity compliance programs tailored for government contracts.
- Identify compliance gaps and develop strategic remediation plans.
- Prepare and support audit and assessment processes, ensuring readiness and compliance evidence management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements and ensure ongoing compliance; hold teams accountable for evidence collection.
- Drive continuous improvements within the compliance program, supporting the organization’s ability to secure government defence contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance and governance.
- Proven expertise with ITSP, CMMC, NIST standards, and designing compliance frameworks from scratch.
- Experience working on government or defence-related compliance initiatives.
- Strong communication skills capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead compliance programs independently.
- Preferred: experience with government contracting, the defence sector, or related standards.
