Take the lead on some of North America’s most complex industrial construction projects as a senior electrical leader with an employee-owned general contractor. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead large teams, drive electrical execution, and work on major projects spanning data centres, wastewater treatment, nuclear, and other technically demanding environments.

About the Opportunity
- Senior field-leadership role focused on electrical execution across large, complex industrial projects.
- Project types include: data centres, wastewater treatment plants, and nuclear projects (among other heavy industrial work).
- You’ll be client-facing from early project conversations through closeout/turnover, while leading and developing a sizable team (often 10–14 direct reports across project/field leadership).
- Must be based in / relocate to Chandler (Phoenix area), AZ (not remote; not based out of other offices).
About the Position
- Lead field execution for one major project or multiple concurrent projects, owning outcomes across safety, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and profitability for electrical scopes (self-perform + subcontractors).
- Drive electrical planning, constructability, sequencing, energization strategy, and turnover/commissioning readiness.
- Act as the senior point of accountability for electrical scope delivery in coordination with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C/commissioning teams.
- Run strong client-facing communication and present professionally to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.
- Support pursuits/preconstruction as needed (execution plans, manpower curves, client presentations).
The Requirements
- Senior industrial construction leadership background with deep electrical execution expertise (high/medium voltage environments and complex distribution systems).
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and lead teams through fast-moving site conditions.
- Strong client-facing and executive presentation capability.
- Willingness to travel and work within a project-based model.
Compensation & Benefits
- $180,000–$220,000 base salary per annum, commensurate with experience
- Per diem (allocation-based)
