Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an immediate remote long term opportunity in the Healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology, business, and process transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
- Establish project governance, structure, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams and coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage project budgets, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Assign and manage project resources while balancing competing priorities and interdependencies.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates, presentations, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead project planning, strategy development, and execution to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Support the implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions and related business processes.
- Develop and evaluate RFPs to support the selection of new IT solutions.
- Lead or support the implementation of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices within a healthcare environment.
- Support the implementation of the Altera Sunrise suite of products within an acute care environment.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across technical, clinical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance management for direct reports as required.
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational objectives, governance requirements, and business needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
- 10+ years of experience in senior management positions with performance management accountability for direct reports, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams, establishing governance, and managing risk.
- 8+ years of experience in a Project Manager or Program Manager role responsible for budget creation, cost tracking, resource assignment, and managing interdependencies while delivering a combination of technology, business, and process change.
- 3+ years of experience implementing the Salesforce CRM platform.
- 1+ year of experience developing and evaluating RFPs to support the selection of a new IT solution.
- 1+ year of experience working in a project environment implementing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices within a healthcare environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, presentation, planning, and strategic skills while working with executive leadership teams.
- 1+ year of experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care environment.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, vendors, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Criminal background check is required.
