About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated corporate transactions while managing files from inception through completion with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate closely with lawyers on complex mandates involving incorporations, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate governance matters.

About The Position
Reporting to the Corporate Services team, the Senior Corporate Paralegal will provide specialized legal and technical support to lawyers across a variety of corporate transactions. The successful candidate will independently manage multiple files while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.
