Compensation
- $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual performance bonus

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, managing a moderate call volume, average of 10 calls
- Assist clients with coverage options, risk assessments, and premium calculations
- Support the team with technical insurance duties related to auto and property policies
Qualifications
- Level 1 License from the Alberta Insurance Council (Level 2 preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and browsing web desktops
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting with adequate technical infrastructure
