Compensation
Base salary between $55,000 – $60,000 aligned with experience, combined with a commission structure ranging from 10-20% on new business, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for client servicing, including renewals, endorsements, policy adjustments, claims, and billing.
- Manage a brokerage book in personal and commercial risks across sectors like restaurants, retail, transportation, and small properties.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development through proactive client engagement.
- Utilize online platforms and EPIC to access documents, process endorsements, and deliver efficient service.
- Ensure timely and effective communication to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an insurance broker, with a solid understanding of personal and commercial insurance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance management systems such as Epic
- A proactive, client-centric approach and excellent organizational skills.
